It isn't being rammed by any means. Walker ran for Governor and told them this is exactly what he was going to do. After he was elected, but before he was sworn in the democraps tried to ram a quick labor deal through, but the legislators were told by the citizens that wouldn't be in their best interest and they backed down. He told them during the election, while he was waiting to be sworn in, in his State of the State address, and the bill has been around for a few days now, so no ramiing, just whinning.

I travel, around the world for my private equity firm. I was just in Chile. I have been to China, I have been to the middle east and Europe.

I'd read Hank Paulson's book and he mentioned a meeting with Bush and others (I think Pelosi, CEO's of fannie and freddie. other member of Congress regarding TARP.
