What isn't said much is that DACA represents far more immigrants, ultimately, than the Wall is projected to prevent. So there is not going to be a quid pro quo exchange on these two issues. Trading wall funding for DACA isn't going to happen. Quite the opposite. The administration recognizes that DACA must be stopped regardless of whether the wall is built or not.
Additionally President Trump has said that there will be no DACA negotiations while the military remains unfunded. So DACA will expire. What that means in terms of enforcement is yet to be seen.
