Just meekly submit, knowing that his opponents will quash all legitimate inquiries once they are in power? Al Gore refused to concede and tried to get the utterly corrupt Florida judiciary to put him in office. The Supreme Court interceded but what if they didn't? What if the Senate was controlled by the same party that perpetrated the fraud? The term "constitutional crisis" is thrown around a lot, but this would legitimately be one.
