All it takes is to change federal law and put in 2 more justices, its as simple as that, it's not an empty threat at all given the anger on the left. This is not the same party it was 8 years ago, its getting more and more populist and Biden is no Obama to play the cool no drama guy.

Not specifically to you but the subject matter.


Don't stop at D.C. and Puerto Rico,all the territories but one are left wing like Hawaii and the other is moderate.Thats 10-12 to new Dem Senators,more House seats and EC votes.Add Justices to the court and The GOP wouldn't be able take the Court and Senate for 100 years maybe never.They could also end gerrymadering preventing The GOP from taking The House.

All it takes is The WH and simple majorities in Congress,which Dems had a year ago.

I hope the Democratic leadership stops Weimar-ing this. Republicans don't care about rule of law, the constitution, the people, civility or even traditions. This is a cold civil war, and has been for 20+ years. Any R willingness to act in bipartisan civility passed decades ago. They are attacking the American people. There's an actual death toll to go with it. Fight back. Set policy discussions aside and fight to restore democracy. This isn't politics any more.

This is the problem with you two - this is not for Biden to do, this is for the Senate to do and if they can't do with two bluedogs opposing anything progressive, what is the point of blaming Biden for it?

I am all for progressive things, just understand how it can happen and it's not for one person to get it done. Progs want everything on a platter, someone else to solve all their problems because they voted once in four years, that's not how things work, it has never worked like that.
