Democrats Are Just Plain Stupid

pspr, this is another one of those issues that should be bipartisan and decided based on logic, effectiveness, cost, and perhaps other considerations. There is nothing to be gained by introducing politics into the mix, and much to lose.

South Dakota does not share a border with Canada. It does, however, share borders with North Dakota, Wyoming, Montana, Minnesota, Nebraska and Iowa.
