Definitely not surprised the Republicans have moved further to the right than the Democrats have to the left. Even if Bernie moved the Democrats to the left, I think a lot of former independents/moderate Republicans have switched over to try and build a centrist wing. That's almost impossible in the Republican Party where the Dear Leader has attacked anybody who's crossed him.
I struggle with the word "ideology". They're far apart for sure, but imo it's on trivia.
You are a marxist should you should understand this. The marxists tried and were defeated by launching class warefare for 100 years. Everywhere they, they failed. The marxist democrats then moved to race.
