Democracy doesn't work

Here's the problem were having:

"Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other."--John Adams

When nearly half the country is ok with Trump's morals and behaviors and rhetoric, just so they can line their pockets with more money on April 15th, or see their hateful agendas carried out, we're going to fail.

Same thing happened to the Roman Empire. But I don't expect that same 'nearly half' to research history, let alone understand it.

It's just a matter of time for us, unfortunately.

That same group, 'nearly half,' will have, or have offspring. So, rinse, repeat. They will find like-"minded" spirits online, and reinforce/gas each other up.

Tick tock. Just a matter of time.

What they need is to have an authoritarian's security forces flay the skin from their backs with sticks, starved, see their parents die of hunger, their children die for the want of medicine and then see how they feel about their current pampered little prince life, never growing up.

It can always get worse. The problem with American democracy is you guys, you will ruin every system given to you.
