Agreed. Despite being a non real currency value, the whole concept and process of demo trading is same as real trading.

A demo account is a good option to practice it more without your real money and you can test your strategy and if it works with demo it may good to work with a real account too.

If a young hi-school newby wants to day-trade for small stakes via minimal leverage, kinda like mnq futures-lite, how much cash needs to be in the account to get low leverage while giving the trade enough room to breathe with loose stops and still keep losses in the ten to twenty dollar range?
At this point the number of zeros behind the first digit of the account balance isn't as important as real money at risk is.
