Demo account without delay on stocks?

Can you name any firms that can give demo account without delay level 2 and TS for trading stocks on NYSE NASDAQ ?

the best i can offer is paper accounts, lets say IB.
open real account then get access to paper trading that trading everything for free (1M virual money)

TD Ameritrade has Papermoney. It is delayed, but I don't see the problem, just don't watch the real time ticker, so you won't know what has happened...
