Demo account with real account experience

I use a demo/sym account to practice trading.
I would never take a strategy live until I had tested it on demo.
I practice with the same account size I will trade live.
I make sure I follow the rules.
Once a strategy proves to have an edge I can take it live with confidence.
That is totally how it should be, only thing to look at though is the demo account should offer similar trading conditions as live. Spreads shouldn't be fictitiously low and executions got to be more real like. What I mean is that the few seconds of gap between order placement and order execution in real trading should also be reflected in the demo account.

Honestly, I hold a quite different opinion on using demos. Go directly with a live account. Failures are the only way to learn quickly and effectively. Doesn’t matter you use ic, fxview, xm, cmc or in my case pepperstone, I never created a demo account.
You all might have heard a quote saying, “Don’t cry over spilt milk (trading losses), instead, go and find yourself a new cow (trade)”.
What’s actually the purpose of using demo accounts? To minimise your losses, right? Because everyone fears losses but remember they are a part and you are still unpredictable with your future trades.
Why not risk big and win big?
lol, you want everybody to be under debt. These opinions are disastrous and sound more aggressive than being disciplined.

Demo accounts are really great for learning and experience, but what you feel while trading in a live account is not what you feel in a demo, as no real funds are involved in demo

After completing a certain practice on a demo account, in battle, with relief, you will start working on a real account, do not worry about not knowing how or what to do.

I am about to start forex and wish to know if there’s a thing like a good demo account in terms of reliability and has nicer spreads as well. I tried a few demo accounts after going through a couple of online trading discussions and noticed the spreads were higher on most common pairs (I checked with the UK timings). They were even higher than real account. Can you please point me towards a demo account that provides trading experience closest to a live account? Or can see if the spreads are almost same with demo and live accounts. Thanks for sharing your thoughts.

Emotions really act up when it comes to trading real money, can't help it.

If you practice with higher spreads you will face no issues in live trading. It's a good thing that you are not getting unreally low spreads in demo. Because in live trading you won't get low spreads all the time.

Coinexx demo account spreads are identical to live account spreads.
In fact, coinexx spreads are tightest in industry.
Currently euro spread 0.4 pip is higher than normal, and is mostly to return normal within short time.
0.1-0.2 pip on euro is normal .

Is 0.4 pips during less active market hours? Because then I think it might be good.
