I started my journey with a demo account as I had no trading experience. And demo trading helped me build strategies and gave a picture of the market without risking money. So, if you are new, the best thing would be to start with a demo account.
For those who have no trading experience, I would say it would be better to stick with a demo account and focus on building strategies before trading on a live account.

You have to understand how the market works and get familiar with the trading platform, and for that, a demo account is perfect. Until you learn that, you should not trade on a live account as you could lose your capital.
right now i am using high leverage in demo account to see the performance how it works , this approach is really good to avoid risk and losses in real account.
