I came to accept atheism intellectually rather than as a reactionary response to religious nonsense.
Atheism I wonder is a word which is misinterpreted.
Athiesm is a disbelief in a God.
Athiesm is the opposite of religion, except religious people are in bondage to their beliefs while athiests basically don't give a fuck and perhaps scoff about a God.
I don't scoff about a God, I scoff at people who are deluded by strong feeling they have this personal relationship to a Jewish version of a god.
Is their a God?
Religious (christians/jews) claim they know the mind of god.
Athiests claim there is no god.
Agnostics (myself here) say "Who knows, it can't be proven nor disproven".
The best we can do imo, try your best to be your best and everything will flow on from that.
But it appears to me those people with strong religious Judea god beliefs, they become very intolerant of anyone outside their circle, a type racial discrimination.
It may appear I'm racist against jews, I'm not. I'm anti religious beliefs where the practitioners claim they are exclusively guided by God, while outsiders are to be pitied as they're hell bound. I wish the Jews no harm, other than with their current behaviour against Palestine, 'karma' will visit them back.
When some of the most powerful leaders on earth, Biden, Trump, Putin are quite strongly religiously inclined (jewish/christian religion), I'm of the opinion we are being led by the blind and we are going to get into deep shit down the track, ie fall into the sewer ditch.
