The issue with trying to run the Microsoft consumer products on Dell server hardware is lack of driver support. When I tried to install Windows 7 on my T310, for instance, it booted from the installation DVD and then a window popped up saying that installation could not continue because it could not find any drivers for the DVD drive. W7 and W2008 Kernels are the same... you wont have issues with running W7 on T320...
