Dell Support Assist OS Recovery, "Reset Failed".

Trying to install W10 via bootable flash drive...

As the iso starts to burn to the flash drive, I get a "Reset Failed" error. Seems others have mentioned it also. I've brought this to the attention of 2 Dell tech support people, and all they say is "follow the instructions". Yeah, well, I know how to do that.

Anybody else experience this? Know of a fix?
