I bought a Dell Workstation (Precision 370) in Nov-04., and I could not be happier with the computer or the service.
The service rep's are located in the US, at least when I last talked to them, Dec-04 timeframe.
Obviously pricier than the consumer side, mine came to about $1800.
I WOULD buy a Dell again.
