Dell inspiron 1720 screen resolution

I am thinking of buying Dell inspiron 1720 laptop computer. I have been using desktop with monitor set to 800 x 600 resolution because it is easy on my eyes.

I will like to hear from someone who is using this laptop, as to what is the lowest screen resolution one can set - assuming it is evern possible to change the native resolution of the screen.

I wll be using the computer for trading purposes only.

I will appreciate any other comments also.

don't worry about the resolution, you can set the fonts bigger.

i always found higher resolution easier on my eyes :S
