Dell, buy the dip??

Dell has not budged from its opening range. It was down pre market and since it opened today has not really took a big hit from sellers. So the question is, can we see 39-40 by middle of next week?

Dell will be trendless for a month. It will be a kind of market performer slightly toward market underperform. Trade it only if you are happy with small profit.
