I understand that the samsung 191t monitor is also the same monitor that dell sold as the 1900fp but with the dell name on it.

Dell now sells a 1901fp monitor -- my question is whether this is also the samsung 191t monitor with a new base and usb hub, or is there some additional performance difference.

The reason I currently bring this up is that on the dell site (you must go through the small business link), they are offering this monitor for $519, which I believe includes shipping, through 9/17.

Thanks for any clarification.
 
I am going to buy one this week, any recomendations.

Samsung monitors always score near the top and I do not know much about Dell.
