Delisted stocks? now what?

The SEC does not have the resources to do due diligence on every listed company. Penny stocks are the Wild West....Caveat Emptor.
The SEC does nothing no such thing s caveat emptor. fraud is fraud. accessory to fraud. SEC is facilitating fraud.

You don't get the fraud of the exchange, these stocks are all the same. if you read the statistics of the stocks traded in the entire exchange. they hype pump and sell stocks..and later bankrupt the stock with fake bankruptcy neews, they want to go bankrupt so the shares they sell are worthless. many stocks like PRVT more like 50% of the exchange. or 99% of the stocks in the OTC BB Nasdaq is not much different, the SEC turns or ignores. it. like the regulators ignore the subprime bonds that were worthless. they know it's worthless bonds and some fraud was going on.

You are not going to want to hear this, but you bought a stock under $0.50/share that was delisted many years ago. What did you expect? Any stock that is delisted should be red flag to any of you.

the SEC doesn't give a damn cause they know the exchange and all the stocks are a scam. you know what i'm saying, the SEC know it's a scam..they are professionals. okay

Take some responsibility, you bought a piece of shit offshore porn company trading on either bulletin board or the pinks. The SEC is not responsible for your lousy decisions.

I knew that the 'market' or exchange had lots of money laundering, embezzlement of pension funds or investment funds into fraudulent companies or stocks okay since I was 19 years of age. okay
the extent and widespread of the fraud is what is disturbing. entire market is fraud. you know what I'm saying. enron was the billion dollar version of the 99,99% OTC BB scam and the SEC and regulators knows about, they are in the game or paid to shut up if you know what I'm saying like in Russia. the wall street mafia or rackets owns the market you know what i'm saying.

since the gov't in Russia are corrupt like in US they just say case closed or ignore it. cover any money embezzlement up.

I traded a lot of OTC penny stocks back in the day, there high risk high reward, this 1 failed, hope you didn't bet the farm on it, if so consider it a lesson learned.

I put most of my money in 1 that was flying stupidly high, stayed out for 2 days, finally got greedy jumped in, less than 2mins I was up 20% YES, 100% easy, hang on not moved in a while, delisted lost about $2000 ( a lot for me ) in less than 2mins literally.

Diversify!! or DIE!!

it wasn't a trade it was a 'diversification' in my portfolio.

diversification means not to put or invest your portfolio in any one 'sector' or asset class.

50% bonds
10% cash
20% real estate land
20% stocks

stocks: 10% dividend paying stocks, 5% blue chips, 5% high speculation

that 5% is your alpha. high risk, high reward investments., similiar to startups. $20,000 investment can 'possibly' yield 2 million in return.or that 100:1 ratio similiar to casino odds.

So you accept it was high risk, it was only a tiny part of your account, I presume your 5% high risk is spread over 5+, so its sub 1% so move on, tax loss, why waste time worrying about it.

I bet, you bet the farm but don't want to admit it :)

If you think its a scam why have any money in it at all? Makes no sense.

Come on fess up, you jumped on a dead cat bounce 100% all in and wiped your account in under 2mins, I've been there, most of us have, calm down, learn, don't repeat, think of itbas paying money to learn a lesson.

Or find another hobby, taking responsibility for your own actions is a required trait of a trader, your not a trader.

OP said he lost a bit more than 5000bucks. That would be a small farm but one never knows with the elite traders on this site.
Then OP writes he is looking for 100 folds returns investing in highly speculative stocks, he's dreaming of the high life through some crappy investments yet when it dives to zero he is upset and cries us a fountain.
Give us a break
