None. I don't trust anyone over 30,000 years old.
I did, however travel extensively, and drank from some of the streams of thought at the time. Do you think I was unaware of what Buddha taught? I was aware of Socrates, Plato, and drew from the original meanings in the Hindu Veda. And that's not all.
The Veda, for example, illustrates the undoing of the ego as the peeling of an onion.
Finally, I began to learn exclusively from that Universal Teacher directly, what I've called the Holy Spirit.
Forgiveness peels the layers of the onion, and a correct understanding of forgiveness peels the layers faster. Soon you are able to hear the Voice of the Teacher.
When the ego is gone, you have overcome the world. You listen only to one Teacher, and follow His plan for you.
The ego makes the world and all that is in it. And you are hostage to it while you make welcome for it's thought system in your mind.
It is of the ego to think small, robbing you of your true identity. And if you are the light of the world, it is arrogance to think otherwise.
Nowdays, you can get started for $15 at a used book store.

God uses the simple things to confound the "worldy wise"
Hence, someone taking metaphysics, applying it to a relationship that only requires faith and action (James Ch 2) to attempt to come across as a "wiser than thou" person....
I love my relationship with Yeshuah. He made it simple. He proved all the works in the world can NEVER get us close to Jehovah.
Like a Father and a child. The Father loves his child no matter what. All the child has to do is show up on the door step. The Love the father has for his child wipes away all the child has done wrong (We call it Mercy and Grace)
A real Father only wants a relationship with his son... Warts and all. Just hang out with me....
Thats all God asks of us. All the works in the world can never get you in his arms. Just showing up and talking to him gets you all the love, mercy, grace, gifts, salvation, peace, etc... you could ever need.
For we are saved by Grace... Not of Works....
It is a crying shame someone would cloud that... No wonder children today are lost. People have lost the TRUE meaning of Love.....
And there is no better example of Love than what Joehovah put up with for the children of Israel.....
