Delay on requesting contract details

Hi,

Is there anyone experiencing today a delay on the reply to the reqContractDetails enquiry via API?

For some contracts (like AAPL and AMD) I get the reply after 30s or more, but the last value and ticker info is as usual.

If anyone knows what could be causing this issue I would appreciate that information.
 
poor service is rather common from some brokers and charting software suppliers.

I have this specialized charting software supplier.
over the past few decades, it has the most rotten support staff.
and interestingly, it still survives because there is hardly any competitor.

There are hundreds of brokers in this world.
There are quite a few brokers who provide good service.
So totally no excuse if you are facing poor service support.

More...
I'm not seeing anything special right now. But sometimes the response can be a bit sluggish. Especially during peak hours such as around market open.
