Defining Moment: Colin Powell Endorses Barack Obama

Most voters have no idea who Colin Powell is, except another black guy hoping to cash in on obama, which it turns out is a pretty accurate description. You have to love the blatant opportunism of Powell, who waited until it looked like Obama was a lock to endorse him. Probably if McCain was ahead, he would have gone his way.

This is all about an embittered guy who is desperate for one last turn in the spotlight, nothing else. Powell is a joke now, given the same respect the other prime ingrate Bill Richardson gets.

He's probably right about most people not really knowing who he is. That's why the Dems support Acorn. Get the ignorant out and tell them what to do, 73 times each.

I wonder what Powell's recognition IQ is. How many people know who he is. Probably just political junkies.
 
Personally I somewhat admire but also feel sorry for Powell. He had to go against his best judgment making a case for Iraq using evidence he knew was insufficient. And now he had to once again go against his best judgment, evident on the time it took him to 'make' a decision.

At the end it's all his own doing, he should have run for president when his time was up. Being a pussy doesn't pay.

It is widely know that Powell was one of the most intelligent Generals we have ever had! I know first hand what I speak!

do you really think ACORN is going to make a difference in this election? If so, wh?!! Because ONE guy alleges to have registered 73 times??? Trust me, if that guy was in court he could be impeached 1000 ways. He is very very likely being PAID OFF by right-wing radicals to smear Obama jsut like Joe Plumber alegedly was a plant by the cheaters in the McCain camp! .

Why I don't get is why everyone calls him "colon" instead of Colin. It's like the entire country is under some sort of mass hypnosis. Bush started referring to him as colon and the entire country just fell in line.

He refers to himself as Colin. It's very weird. Maybe Alex Jones knows the answer.
