Hola all!
After the weekend festivities I decided to do some sightseeing and see how the 'ol neighborhood has changed (I lived in Nob Hill & then in 'The Castro District' in the early 90's for about 2.5 years).
I needed a hot tub (you know I have to have my hot tub) & to sip my drink (GDT 'green dragon tincture) a bit earlier today.
So, I went to an old-school Russian-style bathhouse; mistake!
I am presently trapped within the walls of; oh hell--I don't even know where I am (it feels alot like a dungeon).
I am allowed one post until my captors 'release me.'
So--here goes.
I had a daily cycle LOW in silver today; buy that for a 2-5 day advance.
I had a daily cycle LOW in gold--buy that and then buy MORE on 6/27/12 {she is going impulsive up again after shaking out even more 'weak' retail hands}; again--for a 2-5 day advance.
Stock: 'KONG' (got this from a friend). Hammer bottom on the daily and we closed above my calculated make/or break level (on a closing basis) of $6.80.
Buy it or options or 2 to 1 leverage for a target of $8.68 cents. Manage it along the way though. It is in an obvious uptrend and is marching towards $8.50 minimum.
I have been following Fagbook (FB) closely and the 1st indication that it has tested a resistance level of $33.00 was today. I want to watch this some more with the idea of FB being a weekly option play (using the weekly options & my astrology/cycle work off of daily highs and lows~~for quickie but goodie option trades).
Well, I am about out of time and won't be back to the lake until later this week.
No joke here**Seriously** Sorry to bring this up but it is MY thread; I hope you all can respect that.
My father passed away on Saturday; he was 77 years old and lived as an organic farmer (after retiring as a developer) in Oregon.
After I heard the news; I simply had to get the f*ck out of my head and went right to the airport and S.F. seemed logical and I basically was in the 'denial and isolation' phase in gayville on pride weekend.
I've done worse things and I will do worse things. Now I owe it to him to make sure his wishes are executed according to his plans.
My dad introduced me to trading (he was a part-time CBOT member {beans & bellies} in the 70's) @the breakfast lunch & dinner table when I was 9 years old; so, he will be remembered and he will be honored.
My brother and sister {and their kids} and my dad's girlfriend and I will drink and smoke and salute him a bit later this week.
My father was a buddhist; so, for him I suppose~~this is another beginning.
I leave S.F. tomorrow and then will take care of his estate throughout the week; thus, my trading is part-time this week.
Money doesn't make our lives transformational--it allows us to use our time in exactly the way we desire; that my dear readers--is freedom.
I am talking about the markets and NOT real estate nor being in other leveraged speculative investments.
We buy & sell money and we are liquid; we are free; and we are the moneychangers. We matter & we will be remembered if we leave some kind of lasting legacy behind (if that is one's desire).
Life and trading is a journey AND a destination as well.
We are all but dust & nothingness~yet there is meaning and there is today. People in our lives come and go and live and die so that we can make our own lives matter; in our own unique way.
Today is important & that is what I (we, us & everyone) have to work with.
So work @your trading and work on yourself and somewhere in the middle of all of that a bit of luck sure doesn't hurt. If trading really is that important to one self; then NOTHING gets in the way~~and I mean NOTHING.
Live your passion without regrets or excuses; indeed.
peace
