Deciding on weekly picks.

With a cash account I am not limited by PDT, and I am invested in several stocks as well as 2 mutual funds. I am learning to trade as a hobby. I have done paper trading, I find that the actual act of trading is a little harder than paper trading for some reason.

I tend to use the 1 minute, 5 minute, and 5 day charts. I tend to trade about an hour pre market around 5 am and then 2 hours or so once the market opens. I have been using Bolinger bands as an entry indicator but am trying different approaches, this goes for my exit also.
Several systems and methods use Bolinger bands. If your stats show a positive expectancy, then you may be on to something.
As you look around at setups you might find something in here to put in the tool box.
"Trading at Support & Resistance provides greater conviction" is helpful imho.

As for watchlists if you tend to trade 5 days a week, then, check the forum in the AM and you might catch one of KCalhoun's Today's Watchlist posts.
Watchlist seems like a topic worthy of its own Thread(s). Maybe some stock and etf traders will start one up.

Here's a random oldie from KC, 12/23 Today's Watchlist: FRSX CLNE GME RIOT SPWR UAVS
