GOP is not of the people, they're uni-party same as the Dems.
It's suspension of disbelief to the point of insanity.
 
Biden will do what he did last time, bring in the CEO's of various companies and have them tell the GOP to being a bunch of little bitches and pass the budget. That Raytheon CEO said something to McConnell during that meeting that got things moving pretty fast.

You sure that's going to be the case with Biden?

Besides, that's a bit of a statistical game. A deficit is mostly controlled by Congress, not the President. And Roosevelt (D) absolutely did not leave with a lower deficit.

Trump left with a 2.7 trillion dollar deficit,so its safe to say it will be lower when Biden leaves.Even before covid Trump increased the deficit from 600 billion to a trillion and would have doubled it even without covid spending that he didn't have to approve.

Respectfully disagree Congress controls the deficit.In theory they do in reality the president sets the agenda and Congress funds it.

I know and follow the stats from Carter to Biden as it was after Carter the deficits started going over a trillion under Reagan
