Rumor is that Sessions is going to Homeland Security. Not sure whether that means he will be checking luggage and patting down people's crotch out at the airport or riding a horse to patrol the southern border.

Prosecutor is brother of former chair of the dnc and chair of hillary's 2008 campaign.

Defense attorney is a clinton campaigner and donor.

Should not take them long to agree to what WILL NOT be looked at. Refer to Andrew McCabe the chief investigator of Hillary whose wife was bought out and the relationship triangle with Bill Clinton and Loretta Lynch for more on how this is a successful strategy.

Here is a little fly in the ointment that cakewalk Debbie may need to deal with though. I am betting there will be some "agreeing to testify without a subpoena as long as it is in closed session" on this. I dont want to see that happen though. It definitely should be available on at least a pay-per-view basis. First class entertainment value there.
