Its important to remember most of the deaths in NY/NJ occurred when we had zero vaccines and zero therapeutics.
NJ reported 2 Covid deaths today. How’s it going in the anti vax/ anti mask states?
Yes, that chart highlights some things we already knew :
1. The US had a nationwide problem dealing with Covid properly especially under Trump.
2. Despite the NE states getting most of the initial wave of Covid before much was known
about how to treat it and keep people alive, Florida/Texas have done their best to catch up
since with pure ignorance ( eg ignoring safety measures that work ).
3. Florida is moving up the charts now despite vaccines and safety measures being available.

The fact that Florida has 1400 deaths from Covid in one week while we have vaccines and therapeutics shows how poorly DeSantis is handling Covid.
The vaccine distribution is a federal operation run from the White house...I agree with you that once Trumps plan of mass vaccination ran its course...plan B was needed, that is to target certain populations.....Biden failed to plan for this execution
It's not Biden's fault that there are massive numbers of ignorant people in the US that have to be heavily coerced to get their shots. Trump in fact bares a good deal of responsibility for this by how he dealt with Covid and the message he sent to his followers in 2020. Nobody was surprised when he got Covid or the fact he was actively spreading.
Some of you just don't care how many die or get chronically sick it's all about your selfish needs including your political affiliations.
Why do you call African Americans ignorant
They have the lowest vaccine rate in the country....over 20 million not vaccinated...and they are easy to reach...they are not in rural towns....The are democrats clustered in major Blue cities...should be the easier group to reach, if Biden had a plan
Far more many white Republicans are unvaccinated than African-Americans. Are you calling these white Republicans ignorant?
