Obviously you haven't read the memo, Risk. Since futures are a leading indicator, as Don frequently points out, traders at Bright have a full ten minute window to execute those trades after the contract tanks.

Yeah I'm wondering how the other prop firms even survive in any location where there is a Bright Trading office. I mean, that's the answer, go to Bright and become a millionaire. Be in heaven, just like the pairs traders.

This is an entertaining thread. Hey ProftLogic and Exodus, come on, fess up, you know that neither of you were gonna do the bet even if it was $100. It's always the lawyer issue where everything falls apart and the blame gets passed back and forth.
It's called ESCROW SERVICE, look it up. That's if either of you is actually serious.

Don acts like Bright has a "trademark" on pairs-trading. It's long/short equity; nothing new -- goes back to 1973 and Morgan Stanley (I think)...BTW -- those guys became overleveraged and blew it up. Story is in "My Life as a Quant"...

And yeah, Don, we know you have "deep pockets".
