Dear IB, please fix this:

Your Website video of the January 13, 2006, Webinar recording entitled “Interactive Charts” is significantly out of sync with the audio. And, to a lesser extent, so is your January 12, 2005, recording “TWS Enhancements.” (Also, you should correct the date on this one as the year is now 2006, not 2005 as listed on your site.) All of this is quite frustrating for someone who is trying to learn your systems, as you might imagine.

Thanks, I did that. I have not yet received a reply but I see that they now have corrected the date from 2005 to 2006. However, the videos and audios still don't match-up. But I guess we'll call this progress.
