Dear All,
My name is Tawil.
First of all, please forgive me for my english.
Does anybody knows Hypertrader? It's an Italian software company.
I'm their customer. I bought OnDemand Server SDK Lite edition in 2009. It worked perfectly. I've got installation file and Activation Key for Lite edition in 2009.
When Microsoft launched Windows 64 bits, the old SDK couldn't work. So I bought an upgrade of OnDemand Server SDK (for working with windows 64bit) from Hypertrader in Sep 25,2014 and transfered them the money in Nov 2014.
For a very long waiting and asking help from someone, in late Dec 2014, the support person sent me an installation file named DbcOnDemandSDKSetupFull.msi (Please notice the Full word).
I've tried to make it work from Jan 2015 to now but failed. In between of trying to make it work, I sent many emails to support and they responsed me up to mid of Jan 2015. After that my email was likely forward to somewhere in the space. No responding for my emails. I tried to call but the person at the end couldn't talk with me in english.
After the mid of Jan 2015, I just relized that the edition of my Activation key is not the same as the verion of installation file. So I tried to tell this key point to support person but I have no channel to do that.
I post this topic for begging you all to help me. Actually, I have tried many ways before post this. So my point is...
1. I'd like the support person to confirm me that the key and installation file can work together. So that I will try to make it work. (I tried to do it for 2 months but failed)
2. If it cannot work together, please send me the installation file for Lite edition.
3. Please send me an receipt payment. So that I will send it to my accounting department.

Does anybody here have the channel to contact Hypertrader? If so, please forward my 3 requests to them. Or just tell them to read my emails.

Please kindly help me.

Note:
Actually, I just need an installation file for Lite edition that support Windows 64bit. I already have an Activation Key.
Anybody that has an installation file for Lite edition can also help me. (I just need new dbcapi.dll in Lite edition.)
Or if anybody is HyperTrader's customer, please give me any advises. I have tried to solve this project for 5 months. It's very long project. Please help...

For the past 2 months (in fact 5-6 months), I've sent more than 100+ emails to support, vice president, and the owner. What I get is a mismatch of installation file. I couldn't understand why it's so hard for them to send me a right file. And I just need them to confirm me that if it can work with my activation key but there is no anwser to my question.
The vice president used to tell me for about 5 times that they will send me a new installation file but I never got it. Finally he told me they didn't have that file(Installation for Lite edition) So I post my problem here for ask for the confirmation about the usage of different edition between file and key.

Time to cut bait. If you aren't getting adequate support for an installation. Consider the potential issues once you commit trading assets to non-supported software.

Get a mainstream Broker, use their platform. IB is an excellent choice. With IB your have multiple choices for a front end/order entry. TWS[brokers platform] Multi-charts {lightweight Dom-integrated option available}, Ninja-trader, buttontrader {geared towards scalping, but a nice front end for discretionary trading}, MT trader when out of beta.

There are many good brokerages with excellent software, no sense chasing down unreliable service providers, {regardless if you purchased a license or not}.

As English isn't your first language, a US based broker may not be appropriate. You should however be able to locate a reliable broker in your country/region which provides integrated software.

But if after two+ months you aren't getting satisfaction, you are just wasting your time and chasing your tail.

I used their API in my application for feeding data to my customers. Now I serve my customer based on Windows XP and VirtualBox. It's not easy for changing to other API. To do that I have to rewrite my application. I have no team and budget to do that.

So I try to post problem here and hope that someone can help.

NOTE: Now I used their old version of API and just bought a new update for working with Windows 64 bit.

Dear All,
Does anyone here use OnDemand Server SDK Lite edition like me? You can help me. Actually I just need a file dbcapi.dll. But it should be the one which supports Windows 64bit. You can kindly share it to me. I can show you the invoice and money transfer payment to confirm that I have a right to use this product. I also have a log of emails that I talked with Hypertrader.
Or anyone who're dealing with Hypertrader now can also help me. Please kindly asks Hypertrader support to read my emails.
