I'm curious how you guys handle stress. Not trying to sound dramatic but when one is exhausted but struggles to sleep at night due to random nervousness then there may be a problem developing. Sleeping has never been an issue either.
The bizarre part is that I don't even have any issues... have a good job in physical commodities, had a great trading month in Sept (barely traded in Oct)... no debt or financial problems whatsoever, in a happy relationship, etc. I'm even doing a part-time MBA and it's going well. Yet my exhausted self is having trouble sleeping and when I do fall asleep I wake up in the middle of the night just nervous about something and anything.
I will admit that I have neglected my social life. Aside the lady I've been too busy to hang out with friends, not too unusual. I've also not went to the gym since August... exercising has always been a big part of my life.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
