Dealing with a Suicidal islamic Employee

How can I fire this guy without getting myself killed? Any thoughts and advice on this greatly appreciated.

How do you know he's extremist? Just because he's Muslim doesn't mean he holds extremist views.

As for firing him, don't you have quarterly benchmarks or something to demonstrate (on paper) that he's a bad/lazy employee? My guess is that it's mostly cultural, Saudis for example are really laid back.

You come off as irrational...or maybe you're not divulging all of the details...
