Trump was lucky that he was facing sideways, that is why the bullet grazed his ear. It was mere millimeters away from his head. If he was facing the crowd, he would have gotten hit on the head and probably, ended up dead. That is the sad reality of it. The shooter was probably, a trained sniper because he came very close to getting his dirty deed done.
