This means very little. Any political case is not likely to be sealed. The cases against Manafort or Gates were not sealed. The courts process many cases each day. Even a mere 15 minutes between submitting your cases mean that other dockets are numbered between them.

As outlined in the news these other cases are probably standard criminal cases for drugs that have information from confidential informants where they want to conceal the identities of individuals. In political cases they would not be concealing identities of CIs in a case or they would simply refer to people as "un-indicted co-conspirator A" if they did not want to give a name.
