dblclick mouse wheel utility

found this free utility that adds dblclk to the mouse wheel plus there's a
'Winamp helper program': http://pieceofsoft.freebase.hu/
create shortcut, add it to the (w2k) Start folder, minimizes to taskbar:
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Start Menu\Programs\Startup

just bought a new computer with a logitec mouse and installed this sw
so i could enable the mouse wheel to dbl clk, don't know if it would work
