Yes they are whitelabelling their system..simple reason is that DBs credit is based around Institutional investors and not geared towards retail...

They give FXCM one line, let them do the due diligence/credit processing underlying clients but cleints feel more comfortable because DB are behind it...

I just opened an account recently. Only a few deals but so far so good.
