I don't believe they will ever receive an EU license. Saxo is the only FX MMer that has received approval.

Not an EU banking license -- a Swiss banking license -- and as an FYI MIG Bank is the only FX Broker that currently has one......

Ahh, thanks for the info. So I believe I am correct regarding Saxo as the only FX provider (as a sole line of business) with an EU banking license.
