Daytrading equities after work

Again made impulsive trades and closed not immediately.
1-st one UAL- changed routes and terminal send selling order. Question - why I was there?
2-nd AIG - saw tight range with good volume in at day high and pushed button to buy it. This is not my setup. This was setup from my past. Actually wrong trade.

Today didn`t find any setups and decides to trade reversals - saw tight consolidation with large volumes in HLT. As I see I come home after 11-45 and can`t find good setups. Maybe I need to add some more setups including consolidations or some local levels with extra volumes.

Didn`t like as stock moved and closed trade with zero gross result. initially stop was below $32.5 but tired to track it.

Wrong trade - small potential + bad enter point. Found that there is some buying and hurried to buy it. Stop was under $82.5 but saw that buying pressure wasn`t enough to break out $82.62.

Looks like he has the work part right; dont know about the single stock risk ?? But i do like entry/exit last hour/half hour, but not as a day trade...................................................
