Although this is directed to you. I believe it applies to anyone who wants to pursue this kind of dialogue. I don't think people should insult one another (although sometimes I have to admit, I have yielded to the temptation myself). I don't like the idea that anyone calls you an "ass". I do think however, that if a person is kind enough to disclose their system to the membership, that it is incumbent on us to "get off our asses", test it ourselves, and decide for ourselves whether it is right for us!! Thanks, Steve46

I hang around here from time to time, I guess since about 2 years or so.

Guys, to be honest: IN ALL THIS TIME, THIS WAS ONE OF THE VERY FEW INTERESTING THREADS HERE!

I'm dead serious- most of it is useless speculation and pseudo-wisdom by people who can't trade. It took me some time to find this out, but I had the luck to meet some real traders (elsewhere) and know whereof I speak.

Now you finally have someone who comes with a good, interesting methodology, and you censor him off because he has a taste for vulgar language? So what? Because of the "standards' of this board? What about quality standards regarding the information presented? If they were as rigorous, you would have had perhaps 20 threads in all these years...

Also, it matters HOW one uses language- Eddie Murphy or John Leguziano are vulgar, but intelligent and funny. So was JR in my opinion- but I guess this can't be explained...

Would you prefer to have someone drone on about his losing methodology in proper english or some crazy Brit talk irreverently about his useful method???

I just hope your 'discretion' is a better instrument when you trade...

I completely agree with Vienna. JR was one of those very rare posters that had something of value to say with regard to actual trading and this was one of the more interesting threads.

Oh, I don't know. I'm sure there are plenty of arguments for allowing people like Jesse J and Vinnie free rein to drive everybody crazy while censuring people like JR, who actually provided something of substance.

Unfortunately, none of those arguments springs to mind at present.

Free rein to me? I was the one who started this crusade against moronic censorship, after I kept getting booted.

The censorship of Johnny is the most disgraceful thing I've ever seen. It's exactly as Johnny described it, the "establishment" couldn't stand a stand up guy spotlighting the attention.

Well, back to business as usual around here. Start the BS threads that amount to nothing.

And whose arse will you be sticking your nose up now, phoenix?

What an outstanding example of the results of ET's censorship policy.

why don't you take it out on your usual suspect, your little monkey.

Time to spank it, bad monkey, bad monkey.

your a true arse and brown nose phoenix. you shoved it so far up johnny's arse he pegged you as a groupie from the beginning. And a groupie is "the lowest form" of life to johnny.

tntneo - I have not seen you before and can only assume you must be a new "Moderator". May I politely suggest you consult with Magna before you make the decision you just did. Alternatively since I assume you are new to this thread, perhaps I could suggest that you read through the countless posts I have made of a postive and helpful nature.

Folks - I have just received my first act of censorship. tntneo (I assume it was you?) just pulled off one of my posts. Let me be totally transparent: the post contained bad language and was not specifically related to trading. In other words, like many of my posts!

It was censored. What a shame this thread must now come to a close because of such action. Part of my persona is education and part entertainment. The vast majority of people following this thread through 57 pages seem to have no problem with my persona. I have probably been responsible for more helpfulness than anyone else in recent times. Sometimes, you have to look the other way and bend the rules a little bit. Magna seemed to understand this.

My advice to people who don't like me is just to put me on Ignore. But this act of censorship is totally without merit, given all that I have done in this thread. It would appear that political correctness and a rigid application of the rules is more important than bending them in recognition of what I have "given".

The only way I can be stopped from leaving this site, is if enough people kick up enough fuss about this. I am who I am. Accept it, or Ignore me. But censor me and I'm gone. Either that post gets put back or it's tatty bye from JR.
i'm not a big fan of censorship AT ALL. if you don't like JR, don't read his posts.

actually, I HATE CENSORSHIP.

lol..
point is, I don't like people insulting people in this forum. your posts will get deleted eventually if you do so, in this forum.
