Day Trading the Dow Jones

I am almost at breakeven after agonizing from 12:16 to 12:45.. And back at 3:10. Not a great day for me. I really didn't lose big, but it was tiring.
 
G'day folks. Wish I had some idea where the Dow is headed this afternoon, but haven't a clue, though if you twisted my arm, I'd say down. Looking at my 15m chart, my 200sma has sent the price back down twice today, the last time just now, and so, perhaps, one more push back up towards it, and then down for a bigger leg, though that's just a guess. See what the NY open brings.
 
Just like yesterday's open...jacks it up to then sell. Didn't get on that, thought about it though when it stalled just below the 76.4% fib. Might be another chance if it comes back a bit....
 
I'd love to be able to trade the London session on Dow, as there are some great moves. Dax also looks good. Unfortunately, it is the time I sleep.
