Can I ask what time frames some of you are using to trade the Dow. I'd be very interested to know if there are any traders trading off of very small time frames, ie, 1m or even smaller?

My 3 YM charts ==> 60 min (trend for the past few days) 15min (moves intra day) and 250 tick Heiken-Ashi bars (nervousness and established levels).

DBF = UK Spread betting I just checked, I didn't know.
I really don't know how a DBF is calculated.
