Day trading stocks or foreign exchange?

Unlike you guys in the states.

your morning is my dinner time,hence even with a 9-5 i could still day trade.

i know swing trade is more appropriate for a 9-5 but i want to have less exposure to the markets - day trade.
9-11am est

the question is which instrument is easier to day trade? i read forex is only good for swing trades? day trade requires PDT

futures for professionals...

The best hours to day trade are 9 - 11 EST.
