All I've learned is that romeg doesn't have enough money in his account to day trade. You do know about FINRA rule 4210 right? Not sure why someone would trade the SPX, with a notional value 10x the SPY, in a small account but to each his own. There are of course certain tax advantages to tradng the SPX vice SPY.
But I do agree with his statement that ".. Virtually ANY legitimate investment will generate a 100% ROI given sufficient time..:
