Day trading restrictions is only for U.S markets or ... ?

Day trading restrictions accounts less than 25 K is only for U.S markets or also for Canadian and European markets ?

I am sorry for asking the same question on the board. However I was notified Elitetrader is one of the most responded and respected forums along the USA. Sorry for my limited english, if someone can answer my poor question, I would be appreciate it this info.

Can I day trade on Canadian stocks without day trading limitations (restrictions) less than 25 K account ?

Yes.
Only US stock and option trading is covered under the PDT rules
