Day Trading In Costa Rica?

Are their any day traders living in Costa Rica?

I'm considering moving down there for a few months, but need to check the internet connection to make sure I can trade... any help is appreciated!

I've done a lot of research and can't seem to find a single day trader down there... I guess I'll be the first! lol

Just keep in mind, its a third world country i.e. source of electricity is not reliable.

San Jose is really not the safest spot in CR, for sure.

I was looking at some places on the beach... maybe Jaco. But I dont know how reliable the internet connection is out that way...
