It's true that we have licensed the CyberTrader software platform for Canada, but as far as software support goes it comes directly from CyberTrader US. We offer the same commission rate as in the US and we try to keep the client experience as close to the one he/she would receive dealing directly with CyberTrader.
Yes, it is true that Questrade is not as well capitalized as CyberTrader but that is irrelevant for retail clients as their accounts are insured under CIPF.
