hmmm. Lira, Zar, Mexican Peso continues its down journey.

look at Lira long red candle. even the 100" monitor is not big enough to capture that long candle.
perhaps must use projector for display.

15 Aug US session

past few hours which futures went down?
Nikkei, Taiwan index, simsci, hangseng, China A50,
ES YM RTY NQ, dax
copper gold

so come US session, are these going to go down again?
absolutely no idea.

Lira went down then recover some.
but ZAR and Ruble and peso decided to go up.

crude oil - past few days, day range very wide ie highly tradable.
oil ranging from 66 to 68 or 70.
when oil price is down, financial reporters would say too much inventory or output will be up.
when oil price is up, financial reporters would say too little inventory or output will be
down.
BUT ! oil price can swing up and down within hours !
reading news is for us to laugh !

US retail sales news coming up.
but market probably wouldn't be interested in such news as market is too
preoccupied with Turkey matters

16 aug Eur session

gold
1167 level appears to be quite a strong support

Italy btp - strong ut
Germany buxl - strong dt
ZB - yesterday up

asian index - today long blue candle

usdcnh - today long red candle

lira , Zar - trying to go down?

17 aud Asian session

yesterday asian index, YM up
gold copper went down and up.

spot forex (lira, zar, ruble peso ...) and usdcnh future
I will stop monitoring and trading all these now and forever and ever, till end of time.
I actually gave up on spot forex years ago.
I wouldn't be able to profit from trading spot forex and futures with very low volume
as I don't have any edge.

Let those bankers,
greedy and fearful big boys profit from forex trading.

So what am I looking for ?
chart candlestick must be based on number of contracts.
spot forex - only have # transactions (even with that , I have to pay for the 'lousy' data fees ! one transaction could be few dollars worth,
another transaction could be few million dollars worth !! ).
chart must not be spiky, jerky, violent, erratic, messy.
chart must not have soo many porpupine spikes.

spot forex totally failed to meet all these criteria.
Good bye spot forex.

17 aug end of week session

signals so far :
YM up 836a
NQ up 904a
HS simsci down 1021a

sigh ... didn't catch all the signals.

simsci - well. I will target reward risk ratio > 5:1
Interesting simsci. price went up too high because those traders followed the gold price which was going up. later people realised it was far too high. now it is going down. it might go down to where it came from.

US index futures highly tradable outside US session.
this statement contradicts what the experts say.

sudden thought.

Sudden thought just came to my mind.
How much did I lost last time?
I didn't dare to count.
perhaps $1m ?!?!?!?
But I knew I sold my sports car, sold one of my houses, cancelled
some insurance policies, closed some bank accounts.
I am sure loss was > $0.5m.

Perhaps one day, when I have nothing to do, I will attempt to count.
anyway, counting losses is not in my bucket list.
