Does anyone actually know anyone day trading Crypto who makes more than they lose?

I have a friend who is up 40,000 and I worry for her because I think she probably has gotten lucky.

What possible edge could mom and pop have, especially after algos, a speed and info disadvantage, and slippage?
 
Crypto is manipulated so much, that the best and eventually only way to make it is to find the manipulation mechanics and assimilate. If I had to guess it is depending on retail traders positions what btc does (the opposite).

I thought I saw many responses to your thread.
Many members said OP shouldn't be worried about his friend who is making $$$.
OP himself should be worried about not making $$$.


What happened to those responses?
