three types of markets:

copper, crude oil moved within small range

some Asian index futures movement was rather trendy

Nikkei, ES, NQ moved in rather wide range.
however, its movement was very chaotic, erratic, tumultuous.
such pattern might continue over the next few hours.
extremely dangerous market to trade.
perhaps heavy scalpers would enjoy such market.
come US session, it will probably going to be
ultra chaotic, ultra erratic, ultra tumultous.
anyway come US sessions, these charts would freeze.
better close these charts.

25 Mar preparation for trading FREEZING US session

during mid eur session,
those chaotic erratic tumultuous NK ES NQ became very trendy together with dax and cac40


What to focus?
index futures.
laggards could be gold, copper, crude oil.
currencies - not interested.

what happened so far...

leads were simsci, Taiwan Index

laggards were Nikkei, ES, NQ, gold

seems like simsci has been the lead.
excellent trendiness.

India Nifty has very huge day range. unfortunately bid offer spread has increased to 10 to 20 ticks (from 1 to 2 ticks !). how to trade Nifty?
hmmm. perhaps should increase stop loss by 5 times ?!?!?!
time to trade India Nifty and siege the opportunity.
unfortunately I can only compress the ladder by 2x ( too small), 20x ( too big !).
perhaps time not to use ladder.
but then good to see ladder stretched all along the Y axis of the 43" monitor, portrait format.

ES big picture

monthly range over the past few years.
This year is the best (or worst ) in terms of monthly range.
it is extremely wide.

Tons of money could be made.
However, volatility is far too high, and many charting software simply couldn't handle the heavy traffic.

most asian index futures have been going down from Asian session, & throughout Eur session.

India Nifty - still wondering how to trade such wide bid offer spread.
in fact HO, RB have much smaller spread

time to stretch trading ladder and fill up the whole Y axis of 42" monitor portrait format. even that you wouldn't be able to see Target profit setting

27 Mar Trendiness summary

index futures
simsci, Taiwan index, Hangseng, SET50 went down and was trendy.
Those who traded these futures would find earning money was easy.

index futures
NK, dax, cac40, ES, NQ went down in chaotic erratic manner.
those who traded these index futures might find trading challenging.

India Nifty untrendy with extremely wide bid offer spread

Germany bund up and was trendy

Italy btp down and was trendy

US T bond - up but untrendy

oil mostly untrendy. trend started during end Eur session

gold - wide range but trendless

jpy - mostly untrendy

aud eur gbp. mostly untrendy. trend started early US session.

bottom line :
choosing the trendy futures is very important.
