US futures - as of now, they are sleeping.

market has quietened significantly & is getting deadly.

It will wake up but we don't know when.

let me see the headlines (I read with mind closed so as not to contaminate my mind)

Natural Gas

wonder why NG gapped up when market opened on Mon morning asian time.
We are still far from winter season.
anyway not important to know why NG moved.
important thing is to know how to earn $$$.

besides that , gold lead the way; gold went down.
Then US index futures went up (Especially russell 2000) and bonds went down.
ie gold is the LEAD due to whatever reason / logic

Asian session
Only India Nifty moved

Eur session
Nothing moved

world waiting for some major trigger / event / powerful tweet.

what happened so far ...

mega movers were Hangseng, US index futures

other movers ( laggards?) were
US & Germany & Italy bonds, gold, crude oil, copper
& some other index futures
and perhaps Natural gas

sleepers were as usual
EUR GBP

what happened so far ...


NG already gapped down. Winter not so cold ?
Last Monday, it gapped up.
So next Monday what is going to happen?

Asian and US index futures - already went down
lead most likely Hangseng

copper, crude oil (laggard ? ) - already went down
gbp - already went up
bonds, gold - now in their comfort zone.


as of now, it appears nothing is going to move during US session.
But things might change anytime .

eur session
lately dax and crude oil have been moving

as usual, currencies and US germany italy bonds were dead.
few days ago Italy bond was great mover.

gold - moved very erratically jerkily spiky undecisively

early US session
russell 2000 moved.
the rest of US futures moved unwillingly.

crude oil continued to go up.

later US session
US index futures down.
